Autolyzed Yeast was produced by bakers yeast via a hydrolyzation process followed by drying using spray dryer. Autolyzed Yeast is rich in high quality protein, peptide and amino acids and nucleotide. It can increase feed intake and feed conversion ratio, and satisfy the need of ribonucleotide nutrition in the period of fast growing and stress.
