Automated cutting machine ARK***5 is designed for cutting aerated, foam or polystyrene concrete blocks into pieces of any size. Material is cut with oneband saw in the vertical and horizontal planes. Itspossible thanks to a turning module. ARK***5 operation is completely automated which enables one operator to operate it. Cutting quality corresponds to the 1st category described in GOST. Being multi-purpose, the machine can be easily integrated into any existing production lines for light and porous concrete.



Mode of operation: mold base with a block is placed in the cutting area and fixed with a gripping device. The operator enters the parameters of the pieces required at the control panel and starts the cutting machine. While moving along the guides along the block, the machine cuts the block in the vertical plane, after that the turning module does a *0o turn, then cuts the block horizontally into the pieces of required size.
