Automatic Carton Box Up To Folding Gluing Machine with Plastic Belt bunding

1. Automatic cardboard feeding unit

1) Adopt imported paper conveying belt with suction fan, and the automatic stacker assured the smoothly paper feeding.

2) The special machine design make the adjustment, side guide plate, paper feeding blade separated from belt. It is easy to changed the size of box.
 

2. Automatic gluing unit

1) The carton gluing width is *0~*5mm, lower gluing type.

2) The glue box can be moved left and right as per the shape of cartons.

3) The volume of glue can be controlled and much enough, maintenance easily. 

4) Adopt stainless steel, will never rust and corrosion resistance from kinds of glue.
 

3. Automatic folding unit

1) Adopt imported conveying belt with high friction, keep the synchronous speed with paper feeding unit. The high speed converter can be controlled independently.

2)Product changing via electric s by manual, convenient and fast.

3) Indentation wheel, indentation blade, side wheel, flap plate can adjust the cartons right and tidy.
 

4. Automatic piling & counting unit

1) The flap plate can adjust the cartons right and tidy.

2) The corresponding piling qty can be settled on the display screen.

5. Automatic strapping unit

1) Put the cartons into the automatic strapping unit manually.

2) Second strapping procedure, use pneumatic to make the + or = type, have the tidying up and pressing function (optional).

6. Electric elements

Scientific machine structure matched with imported good quality electric elements to control automatically, assure the machine with good work status.
