1.  Description : 
 

1) Deep Embossing/Die Cutting Part

1. In the die cutting platform,it adds *2 heated temperature zone,each zone could controlled by alone,and heated even temperature.

3. Hot press honeycomb is made by nodular cast iron which is high strength and heat resistance,it will be not transformation. 

4. Hot press honeycomb knife and die cutting knife could be changed,so that it could change hot press function and die cutting function.

 

2) Thicken Wall 

1. Thicken wall could stress-tolerant ***0Ton,the embossing is more clear,the effect is more better.
 

3) Pneumatic Clutch 

1. The imported high quality pneumatic clutch reduces noise and minmizes impact when stopping the machine at a high speed.

4) *2 Temperature Control Sectors 

1. The *2 independent heating zones are controlled by an accurate PID heating system developed by masterwork machinery. 

2. The PID system provides variable and even temperature across the embossing plate,it could adjust complexity electrochemcal aluminum transfer effect.
