TECMAQ is glad to introduce a high wrapping of dragees on edge machine model **-CC*4s to **-CC**2s. Automatically feed and fold wrapping machine for wrapping of 4 to *2 chewing gum chiclets at speeds of **0 or **0 packages per minute. Complete wrap in the tradicional double-point end-fold style. Description of operation: Products (dragees) are loaded into stainless steel feed hopper. Presicion feed system allows dragees to orient on-edge automatically from feed hopper and 2 vibrating channels with rotary brushes. Dragees queued up in feed chute into position to be transferred into the wrapping station. “Life Shoe” separates dragees into position in front of wrapping material. Pusher plate pushes the dragees through wrapping material and into overwrap “tumble Wheel”. Overwrapped package exits “tumble Wheel” and is pushed through the end fólder mechanism. Long seam seal is made by heat. Folders are heated for sealing of the end seals. Finished packages are discharged via a flan to a solid plate where the package are queued for hand-packing.
