1.   For the hydraulic system of this machine, the imported Electric-hydraulic double proportional control valves are adopted, with which the pressures and speeds can be adjusted according to the requirements to every working actions of the machine. So, the energy can be saved, the impacts to the mechanical section reduced and service life of the block machine prolonged.

2.   For the vibrating of this machine, use the technology of frequency conversion control, with which the exciting force can be adjusted automatically according to the customers’ requirements of different product strength, to achieve the material-feeding by the low frequency and block machine by the high frequency. For its transmission section, the direct shaft transmission of a single motor is adopted, by which, with less loss of the motive force and even vibrating force, all the defects in belt transmission can be completely solved. A remote control system is used on this machine so that the main power can be saved for high efficiency
