Technical Descriptions:

1. Motor

Germany brand Seimens motor or SEW motor. Work power source **0V/*0Hz or **0V/*0Hz. The power 0.***1.5KW; F: IP*5, ***0turns/minute. Operating temperature: *****0 degree Celsius.

2. Control panel

Advanced Inverter control system. The inverter realizes soft start and soft stop of the door, to protect the motor and makes the door work a much longer life. HMI monitor display is available, making it easier for daily operation. With self-examining function. When there is failure, the monitor will show error codes.

3. Steel structure  

It includes two guide rails, one top cover and one motor cover.

Standard material: Galvanized steel, surface is painted; Optional material: **4 stainless steel

Thickness: 2.0mm for guide rails, 1.5mm for top cover and motor cover.

4. PVC Fabric:

Material: PVC Fabric; Thickness available:0.8mm, 1.0mm,1.2mm and 1.5mm; Colors available: Blue/Yellow/ Red/Grey/White/Full Clear. The price of Full clear is higher than others by 5%. All other colors are with same price.

Packing standard for export:

Step.1 Pack all door parts with cardboard or multi-layer plastic bubble film, to protect them and avoid dmages during shipment.

Step.2 Load all well-packed parts into wood box, to offer additonal protection and avoid missing of small parts. Wood box is made of fumigation-free material.
