YFM****0 film laminator,for the pre-coating film design model, can also use non-film, one machine dual-use.This machine has automatic paper feeding to deliver the paper to themain machine,the film is applied to the surface of the paper by means of pressure wheel heating.Pressing roller adopts hot water (oil) inner circulation heating,surface electromagnetic assisted heating,double system heating fast, stable and accurate temperature control, the speed can reach more than **0 m/min.The finished product with good lamination can be selected in the form of web paper or the film can be cut out of the gap by a disc cutter after being pulled off by a pull-off wheel,select manual or automatic delivery.
1. Main performance characteristics
1) Homemade feeder, the international advanced CAM technology is adopted to control the blowing and suction time, and the maximum speed can reach ****0 sheets/hour.
2) Servo transmission adopts universal shaft system,can do longitudinal long paper, and increase the service life of cardan shaft, to make feeder more smoothly.
3) The feeding is equipped with preloading paper unit,which can realize non-stop paper feeding.
4) The paper transmission adopts vacuum adsorption wide belt, the paper conveying is stable, and the wide and narrow paper can be switched without adjustment,don't worry about the edges of paper biting into the belt.Pressing roller adopts integral sliding adjustment, the speed is faster.
5) Independent research and develop double sheet controller, reduce waste, protect equipment.
6) Self-developed pull lay, thick and thin paper use, easy adjustment.
7) High performance servo control is adopted for edge lapping. Operators only need to paper length and edge size to produce.
8) Powder removing unit adopts hot pressing mechanism, which can preheat the paper at the same time to provide conditions for high-speed operation.
9) Super mirror laminating steel roller with high elastic pressure roller, directly improve the laminating brightness.
*0)  Main machine laminating roller adopts double spiral channel design,can timely compensation for high speed paper when the heat taken away,ensure the roller temperature error is less than 2 ƒunder the high speed.

*3) Here is detailed introduction to the heating of pre-coating film laminator: Pre-coating film laminator speed mainly depends on the roller heat transfer to the film and paper,this product adopts double heating of electromagnetic and water cycle to ensure sufficient and stable heating at high speed.Water itself is a high thermal conductivity medium, can quickly heat through the *8mm thick roller wall, roller surface heat transfer to the paper film.When the film speed is above *5 meters,because the paper heat too fast too much, the water temperature in the roller from the inner wall to the outer wall.At this time, the machine can be manually selected to automatically turn on the electromagnetism and conduct heating from the surface of the roller to ensure that the surface temperature of the roller is constant,ensure high speed film mulching effect.The roller with external circulation heating can ensure constant temperature at all points on the surface of the roller and effectively avoid single electromagnetic heating,non-paper parts of the temperature is too high, resulting in rubber roller cracking, machine life shortened.Double heating system can be opened according to the needs of product, saving energy and reducing emissions, effectively avoiding the shutdown caused by the failure of a single system.
*4)  The pressing unit adopts automatic lifting pressure of Taiwan ferrocoagulant gas-liquid supercharger, oil cylinder adopts diameter of *0mm,normal production can be achieved at 8MPa,the leakage failure of hydraulic components is greatly reduced.(General manufacturers use *0 or *3 cylinder diameter,  pressure is high )
