Product Characteristic

The main structure of this machine adopts full steel structure, the transmission gear adopts alloy wear resistant materials which are one-time forming and durable casting. It can be used to make half-hard plastic hollow bricks and solid bricks from shale and low plastic clay. The features of this machine are high extruding pressure and high vacuum degree. And partial structure of this machine adopts wear resistant cast steel. All of the bearings can directly supplied with oil to improve the service life. With the purpose of strong adaptability, energy saving , efficient, convenient maintenance, the machine adopts pneumatic control to make it flexible and easy, safe and reliable.
