MSC series screw capping machine adopts three pairs of friction rollers to screw caps by twisting, by this way, the caps is not easy to damage, the tightness degree of caps can be adjusted freely, if the caps is tilted or not tight, the machine can detect it and reject it, thus guarantee the capping quality. The machine is fit for different bottles and caps, it is easy to make change if the bottle or cap changed, the machine adopts pneumatic caps scrambling with lift feed device, low noise, energy saving. PLC and touch screen is used in the control system, also with inverter, the machine will stop if less bottle or bottle jammed. It conforms to GMP standard.
