 Scope of application
Automatic trace carbon residue tester is in accordance with GB/T ****4. ISO ****0 and ASTM D***0 technical requirements of the manufacture of automatic test equipment for petroleum products. The measurement range of carbon residue is 0.*0% (m/m)*0.0% (m/m). For petroleum products with the carbon residue value of more than 0.*0% (m/m), the results of the tester are equivalent to those of the Conradson carbon residue method (GB/T **8). 　Automatic trace carbon residue tester is also suitable for the measurement of petroleum products which are composed of distillate oil and whose carbon residue value of less than 0.*0% (m/m). For this kind of products, prepare *0% (v/v) of distillation residue using the method specified in GB/T ***6 and then measure with the automatic trace carbon residue tester.
