1. Static Demonstration Function:

Arrange the air conditioning system assembly and related components in logical places so that trainees can easily understand the structural composition and working principle of automatic air conditioning.

2. Dynamic Operation functions:

(1)It can carry out the two major automatic refrigeration and heating experiments for air conditioning.

(2)Be familiar with the functions of automatic air conditioning through the training on controlling wind door, temperature, air volume and air direction.

(3)Achieve the functions of automatic controlling air volume and refrigerating capacity.

(4)Conduct refrigerating experiment by using motor driven compressor to so that trainees can easily understand the working principle of the self-adjustment of compressor with automatic air conditioning variables.

(5)Through refrigerant recycling device, experiments on filling, recovering, vacuumization and leakage inspection by pressure of refrigerant can be carried out normally.

3. Real-time Display Functions:

(1)Pointer pressure gage display the pressure of high pressure pipes and low pressure pipes by pointer pressure gage.

(2)Digital temperature gauge display the air temperature on air outlet of evaporator.

4. Inspection Function:

Through connecting external detecting terminals directly on panel, various parameter inspections can be conducted on computer related terminals, sensors and transducers and actuators. The OBD-II diagnostic interface for supporting the original automobile can carry out data diagnosis and basic setting to the whole system by using decoder.

5. Function for Data Parameter Adjustment:

It can carry out parameter adjustment on the major sensors and transducers (including light sensor, outdoor temperature sensor, indoor temperature sensor and pressure transducer etc) on automatic air conditioning, and sense the change of air conditioning operation status in real time result from the change of signal of sensors and transducers.

6. Functions of Fault Setting and Examination:

The intelligentized system for fault setting and examination can carry out fault simulation and clearing for related parts of air conditioning system so as to simulate various fault conditions.
