AYJ-JJ**0 Vacuum gel
filling machine suitable for different heights

machine also can vacuum and filling for various viscosity similar
gels.
This system consists of color touch
human-machine interface operation, PLC program control and
pneumatic structure. The machine uses sophisticated vacuum
induction, pneumatic and electrical control technology filling gel
on **0 PCS tubes at the same time. The volumes of filling gel
accord the needs to setting as 0.6g, 0.8g, 1g,
1.5g etc. Filling gel volume precision is± 5%. Applicable to
filling the serum separation gel which viscosity are
*****0–*****0,and filling gel evenly and easy control, with no gel
sticky on the tube wall. One-time the hopper can install *0
kg gel, suitable for mass production of serum separation gel blood
collecting tube.
