        In these Q bags, polypropylene baffles are sewn across all the four corners of the FIBC bag which prevents the bag from bulging over and helps in retaining its square shape and dimensions when it is stored or transported. These baffles have holes that allow the material to flow evenly through all the corners of the bag. We do not glue these baffles into the bag but with the help of filler cord, we sew them in the side panels of the FIBC bags. This makes the bag Sift Proof and thus very fine powders can be stored in these bags without any leaks when stacked or transported
 
        Improved stability and efficient loading of these bags in containers and trucks provides are their applications in the Food, Chemical and Pharmaceutical industries.
