Bainiku Kurozu(Black plum vinegar)

The main ingredients are black vinegar made exclusively from brown rice organically grown in Kumamoto prefecture and Miyazaki prefecture, and plum pulp extracts taken exclusively from nankou plums grown in Kii province.

All other ingredients used are carefully selected natural ingredients.

No artificial colors, preservatives or flavors, or any chemically processed additives were used at all.

In November ***0, the product was the only one to be recognized at the Hemorheology Scientific Meeting (a meeting for research on blood flow by public and private researchers and doctors) as a health food product.

It gained attention for its synergistic beneficial effects towards blood flow,

resulting from the combination of black vinegar and plum pulp extract.

(As of ***0, our black plum vinegar remains the only product endorsed).

Furthermore, in ingestion experiments conducted by Professor Takeshi Kurihara of Keio University, it was reported that improvements in blood flow could be seen one and a half hours after ingesting the black plum vinegar.
