Oxygen-free copper rectangular magnet wire is a critical component used in the manufacture of power transformers, large electrical motors and other electrical equipment. Libo’s rectangular wire starts with our oxygen-free copper bar and, by using our continuous conforming technology with one-time molding process, we produce wire with a very high copper content (≥*9.*6%), compact structure, low resistivity, smooth surface, and flexible length.
Our wire comes in three categories – TBR (soft), TBY1 (semi-hard), and TBY2 (hard). We can also produce oxygen-free rectangular magnet wire to customers’ specifications and lengths as per their individual requirements.
Libo Magnet Wire specializes in producing oxygen-free copper / aluminum magnet wire in flat, square and round shapes, both bare and with enamel, paper and fiberglass insulation. We also produce Continuous Transposed Conductor (CTC).
Libo Magnet Wire operates six world-class continuous conforming production lines and two CTC production lines. Our investments in quality assurance equipment and procedures enable us to meet international export standards. Our annual production capacity is ***0 tons of magnet wire and ***0 tons of CTC.
