The barrels are loaded onto the automatic feeding system, capable of loading up to 9 barrels or more by request. Each barrel is then loaded automatically into the washing chamber along with a lid. Heavy duty brushing system washes barrel inside and out while nozzles spray **0 liters per minute of warm soap water at 6 bar pressure on all sides of the barrel. A separate brushing system rinses the lid on both sides. More water pressure or longer washing time is not needed since the strong nylon brushes sweep the dirt away much faster than high pressure soap washing alone. This results in more effective cleaning of the barrels. The washing systems clean water rinses of the soap water and the automatic feeding system delivers the barrel sparkling clean for further use. The automatic feeding system is standard for 9 barrels (variable upon request) The machine uses the soap water over and over again. In the end of the washing time the soap water is rinsed off with clean water, ca. *0 liters per tub. Drained water from the machine can be stored in tanks for further use in the machine, after the drained water has been cleaned (optional).
