We, West Africa Bauxite hereby state and represent that it is our Client (TBD) intention to sell the following commodity as per the specification and in the quantity and in the price as specify in the terms and conditions stated below.

 

PRODUCT: Bauxite ore in bulk.

ORIGIN: Guinea, West Africa

SPECIFICATIONS:
















































 

1. Buyer issues LOI.
2. Seller issues Draft Contract.
3. Buyers Bank issues and send by swift, a non-operative Letter of Credit to Sellers Bank within *8 hours of signing the Final Contract then the Letter of Credit now becomes operative.
4. First Shipment start in *5 days after the Letter of Credit is received by Sellers Bank.
5. ****0 MT per day loading rate.
6. Inspection by SGS Certification of loading.
