DTC series fixed deep groove angle belt conveyor, mainly used for conveying system of main inclined well or sub-inclined well, deep groove angle, the maximum Upward Angle *1 degrees,

downward - *5 degrees, the maximum belt speed 3.*5 m/s, design deep groove roller and stripe belt to ensure smooth conveying with deep groove angle.

The conveyor uses speed control hydraulic couplings, CST speed control system or frequency speed control system, hydraulic disc brake

to ensure low speed, smooth start, stop and speed control to ensure good performance of the conveyor.
Belt Conveyor Application
Mining Belt Conveyor is widely used to transfer sandy or lump material, or packaged material in the production areas for departments of light industry, electron, home appliance,
food, tobacco, etc. According to different transferring equipment, the transfer system can be one independently or multi-conveyers or combined with other transfer equipments.The belt
conveyer can be installed horizontally or a slope to meet the needs of different transfer lines. Mining equipment belt conveyers are adaptable for stationary and mobile crushing plants.
 

Belt Conveyor Work Conditions
It can be operated in the circumstance temperature ranging from **0 centigrade to **0 centigrade. The temperature of transferred material by this belt conveyor 
should be lower than *0 degree.The line support can adopt alumina or steel structure. The line can realise straight convey, turning, upslope or downslope convey as well as continuous
convey, interval convey, convey at adjustable speeds by the support of control system.
