1. Introduction Dryer is the key machine in aminoplastic(UFMC/MFMC), there are 4 types: WH********0 for customer’s choice. With progress of the industry technology, we can provide several layout design schemes for same type dryer for chemical technician's reference and finalization as per the condition of customer’s factory building. After years of exploration and practice, we have accumulated a lot of experience in belt dryer design. The efficiency of our dryer is increased constantly and our manufacturing technique is improving daily. The dryer we produce can meet different kinds of demand from customers.   2. Application 1). Especially suitable for continuous production of single specie and massive aminoplastic(UFMC/MFMC). Time setting for material travel is **0 ~ **0 minutes. Temperature setting for each section is *0 ~ **0℃. 2). For drying other granular materials (medicine, other heat sensitive chemical materials, etc.), travel velocity of belt can be setted.   3. Advantages 1). Porous plates can prevent uneven dryness. 2). Overturning device prevents the creation of lumps. 3). Good sealness, negative pressure environment, no fumes leak, high dehydrated efficiency. 4). Circulation utilization of warm air, less waste, high thermal efficiency. Steam consumption for drying each ton of aminoplastic is approximately 1.8 tons. 5). With PVC belt, material is not easy to get stuck on net and has good air permeability, the service life of mesh belt is extended. 6). Driving system runs smoothly with stepless speed regulation, it is easy for operation and maintenance.   4.
