Introduction
BIB (bag-in-box)aseptic filling machine is a small and efficient filling equipment, comprising the aseptic filling system, weight measurement system, SIP self-disinfection system, temperature control system, man-machine interface and PLC control system , Operating platform and roller conveyor system (optional).
 
Application
Widely used for filling the drinking water, red wine, yellow wine, milk, dairy additive, syrup, juice beverage, fruit puree, fluid flavoring and etc.
 
Operation process
    Clamp bags→clamp lids→steam sterilize automatically→pullout lids→automatic filling→gland capping→convey bags→pack bags into boxes
 
Main Features:
1, the control system comprises HMI, PLC, making the operation convenient, intuitive, and protected;
2, two optional measurement system: weighing or flow meter measurement;

Manual load the bags in the machine, then press the start . The device automatically completes the filling and auxiliary action until the end of filling.
