1. Features of Bearing Support High Tubular Strander
1.1 High speed, stable, less vibration, safe, high efficiency, reliable, longer life.
1.2 6B rotor is made up of 3 tube sections with 2 cradles inside each tube section.*2B and *8B rotors are made up of sections with 3 cradles inside each tube section.
1.3 Transmission: traditional type ground shaft mechanical transmission is stable and reliable. Premier configured separate motor driven type enable electrical pitch which is continuously variable.
1.4 Tension control: mechanical friction tension is economical and popularly used. Electro-magnetic powder brake tension enables precise tension control.
1.5 Complete noise-proof safety cover compliances to CE standard.

2. Technical Parameters

* Specially designed tubular strander up to PND**0, PND**0, PND**0 according to customer's bobbin drawing
* Specially designed tubular strander with different number of payoff bobbin according to customer's final strand construction, eg.: 1*3, 1*8, 1*9 and etc.
