Bimeo is an elegant wireless sensor based system that offers time  and cost effective, uni- and  bimanual rehabilitation therapy of neurological patients (patients after stroke, TBI, SCI, congenital or degenerative neurological disease). The therapy is set  in a highly  motivating virtual reality environment, while  the system  objectively assesses the state and progress of  the patients motor function. The patients movement assessments are displayed in the virtual  reality environment and  are stored in the data base for later analysis.
The system was designed in close collaboration with physicians and occupational therapists to make therapy more effective, safe and motivating for patients, as well as to facilitate the work and save time of the therapists.
Bimeo is the only sensor based (non robotic) rehabilitation systems which supports bimanual training and can bring objective assessment rehabilitation not only to healthcare institutions but also to patients homes (professional and mass market).
