[Intended Use]

Measurement of CRP concentration in serum. CRP is synthesized and secreted by the liver cells. It is a normal component of plasma protein and little content in serum. Increased IgA levels are associated with some disease: chronic rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, cirrhosis, myocardial injury can also lead to elevated contents of CRP.

[Test Principle]

Immunoturbidimetric two-point end assay. The CRP assay is an innunoturbidimetric procedure that measures increasing sample turbidity caused by the formation of insoluble immune complexes in **0nm when antibody to CRP is added to the sample. In the presence of an appropriate antibody is excess, CRP concentration is proportional to the turbidity of the reaction.
