Biomass wood pellet making plant:

wood pellet plant make wood sawdust and many other biomass material into high density pellets. as the large professional manufacturer of pellet machine in China, the pellet machine is European standard level, it with unique double layer die.

There are three series pellet mill: XGJ-series, SKJ-series and HKJ-series. among the three series, XGJ series pellet machine combined the advantage of the flat die and traditional ring die pellet machine, with unique vertical ring die, filled the vertical feeding material blank in ring die pellet machine, the detailed advantages are glad to list as follows:

1. Upward mould, special structure, vertically feeding and easier heat dissipation: feed the material into the pelletizing room vertically and is well placed; no other assisted pressing device is needed.

2. Die static, roller rotating, material centrifugal and distributed around evenly: using a unique double-layer high rebounding-effect die, naturally and evenly distribute in the die’s inner surface.

3. Double-layer die, multi-function, high efficiency: die has upper parts and lower parts, customers can choose two different specifications of aperture to produce different specifications of pellets. When pelletizing good bonding materials, we can heighten the rollers and two-layer dies to reach four-fold capacity.

This wood pellet mill applied to both hard wood and soft wood material, also low adhesion materials, such as hard wood, rice husk, cotton hull, paper, bagasse, straw, and many other agriculture waste.
