TTT Lome or Cotonou waters - Only Mandates & Buyers Please



PROCEDURE: Standard TTT procedure and Must be strictly adhered to 

SELLER: NNPC JV Operator (available to talk with only serious buyer) 

Price : $*2/8, BUYER SIDE COMMISSION OPEN 



PROCEDURES - TTT 

1) Seller and Buyer sign and seal sales purchase agreement with their 

full banking co-ordinates and the electronic copy signed and exchanged 

are considered original and acceptable. 

2) Buyer returns signed contract with inspection company 

details..(Phone number and domain e-mail) and evidence of engagement 

with inspection company. 

3) Seller's vessel master contact inspection company by Email, issue 

Marine ATB and clearance to buyer's Inspectors and Super Cargo to 

board the loaded vessel. 

4) Seller takes buyer's inspection team on board to confirm product on 

buyer's expenses in Nigeria free waters. 

5) Upon confirmation of product, buyer places instrument (LETTER OF 

CREDIT BY CREDIT SUISSE GENEVA) for entire cargo and seller moves 

vessel to Lome waters for Q&Q. 

6) Buyer sends valid vessel details: CPA, Charter Invoice, Q*8 and 

ATL, the two vessels captains open communication to long-side and 

transship cargo into buyer's vessel. 

7) After Tran loading, Seller forward loading document to Buyer to 

enable Buyer bank make final payment within *8 hours by SWIFT wire 

transfer (KTT) into Seller's Account and other nominated bank 

accounts, as per the contract.
