The cement will be transferred to the cement scale on the bucket of mixer and weighing, then feeding into the mixer.

  The volume of water is controlled by the timer on the mixer control panel. Watering will be stopped automatically after the designed time is up.

  For the color surface concrete, weighing and feeding the sand, cement and water into the surface concrete mixer.

   After mixing, the coarse and face concrete transferred into the hopper of the block making machine by conveyor belt. The block making machine works automatically.

  After moulding, the green blocks will be transferred to the loader by green block conveyor.

 The machine is commonly used to produce concrete production such as different kinds of hollow block, perforated brick, curbstone, paving brick and grass-paver, tree-planted brick, slope-protected brick, and so on. The characteristics are as followings:

  All procedure setting for production change is completely automatic and controlled by PLC. Data in-out device can assure to realize ideal man-machine conversation. The control system includes the advanced logical safety lock and trouble-diagnosis device that will point the trouble location promptly.

   Mould frame is lifted by rigidity synchronizer in the way of crutched arms, which can assure that the mould frame lift stably and flexibly, so the demoulded green blocks will not be damaged.

   Integrated vibrating bin and vibrating table can avoid oil leak and improve reliability of vibrating table.

  Optimum structure of vibrating shafts, which can assure vibration distributed uniformly in the range of vibrating table, thereby improves the uniformity and stability of blocks.
