Bluetooth Car Kit should be used with the compatible devices which support Bluetooth wireless technology. This allows you the freedom to make any calls at any time.

Basic Operations
Charging Your Car Kit
*Prior to using the Car Kit for the first time, please fully charge the battery.
*Approximately 3 hours are required to fully charge the Car Kit.
*The indicator light turns red while being charged, and will turn blue automatically after being fully charged.
*When the Car Kit is running out of battery, the car kit will beep as warning. The Car Kit will switch off automatically when the battery is drained.
*Please charge the Car Kit in time to prolong the battery’s using life (Charging indication will be delayed for a few minutes if the Car Kit has not been used for a long time or the battery is drained)

Note:
*Use only the supplied charger to charge the Car Kit, or could be dangerous.
*Do not attempt to force open the built-in battery as this could damage the Car Kit.
*If left unused, a fully charged Car Kit will lose its power automatically. It is recommended to charge the Car Kit every three months.
*Do not leave the Car Kit in a too hot or too cold condition (best between *5â„ƒ and *5â„ƒ) which may affect the Car Kit 's operations even it is fully charged.
*Do not dispose of the Car Kit into a fire and water.

Turning on the Car Kit
In OFF MODE, press and hold MFB for 2 seconds until you hear “power on” and “connect me” and the indicator light flashes blue and red alternately per second, then theCar Kit will enter into STANDBY MODE. If it is not paired with any devices, the indicator light will flash red twice each 2 seconds. After being paired, the indicator light will flash blue 3 times each 2 seconds.

Turning off the Car Kit
In ON MODE, press and hold MFB for 6 seconds until you hear “power off” and the indicator light flashes blue and red alternately per second.

Pairing Your Car Kit with a Bluetooth Mobile Phone
*Ensure the Car Kit is off, and the distance between your Car Kit and phone is within 1 meter of each other.
*Press and hold MFB for **5seconds until the indicator light flashes blue and red alternately, the Car Kit enters into PAIRING MODE.
*Activate the Bluetooth function on the phone; search Bluetooth devices (See the user guide of your phone for instructions).
*Select “BK**5RD” from the found devices list of the phone.
*Enter the passkey “***0”, confirm to pair the Car Kit with your phone. (If the pairing cannot be completed within 5 minutes after the PAIRING MODE has been activated, the car kit will enter into the STANDBY MODE. Repeat above steps to do the pairing again).
*Ensure the distance between your Car Kit and phone is within *0 meters, and without any obstacles. You can use the Car Kit freely.
*If the Car Kit had paired with your phone but disconnected, it will connect the paired phone automatically if you turn on the Car Kit again within operation range.

Disconnecting
When you need to disconnect your Car Kit, please follow up the steps as below:
*From your mobile phone: Select “Disconnecting” on the Bluetooth device list from your phone’s Bluetooth menu.
*From the Car Kit: Power off the Car Kit, and repeat the pairing and connecting steps above to connect with other Bluetooth devices.

Answering a call
When receiving a phone call, press MFB once or short press MODE KEY to pick it up.

Ending a call
Press MFB once

Rejecting a Call
Press and hold the MFB for 1 second.

Voice Dialing
In STANDBY MODE, press V- for 1 second and say the voice tag as soon as you hear the tone.(Ensure your phone supports voice dialing function, and you have recorded the voice tag into your phone. See the user guide of your phone for instructions.)

Last Number Redialing
In STANDBY MODE, press V+ for 1 second

Adjusting Volume
Press V+ or V- to adjust the volume to meet your need. (It will beep when it reaches the max vol or minimum vol.)

Transfer a Call
*Transfer a call from Car Kit to mobile phone: During a call, press V+ for a second, the call is routed to your phone.
*Transfer a call from a mobile phone to the Car Kit:
a. When the mobile phone keeps connection with the Car Kit, press V+ for a second, and the call is routed to your Car Kit.(Both two-link connection and single connection can be realized.)
b. When the mobile phone disconnect with the Car Kit, press MFB once to route the call back to your Car Kit. (Only single connection can be realized.)

Two-link function operates:
*Pair your Car Kit with the 1st mobile phone as normal (see "Pairing your Car Kit with a Bluetooth Mobile Phone).
*Turn off the Bluetooth function of 1st mobile phone firstly. Repeat the pairing procedure to pair with the 2nd mobile phone.
*Turn on the Bluetooth function of 1st mobile phone when the 2nd mobile phone pairing finished successfully.
*Turn off the Car Kit again. Switch on the Car Kit and then it will pair with the two mobile phones simultaneously.
Note: It does not guarantee all the mobile phones can realize the above functions due to different mobile technology.

Deal with two calls:
If there is another coming call when during one call:
*Press MFB once to retain the present call and answer the coming call.
*Press MFB once can transfer between these two calls.
*Press and hold MFB about 2 seconds, it can end the present call and answer the retained call.
Note: To use the functions above, your mobile phone has to support the Bluetooth handsfree operating model 1.5, and the wait calling (network service) function of mobile phone has to be started.

Care and Maintenance
*Don't use abrasive cleaning solvents to clean the Car Kit.
*Do not allow the Car Kit to come into contact with sharp objects as this will cause scratching and damage.
*Be sure to store the car kit in a dry place, free from extreme temperatures, humidity and dust.
*Never place or store the car kit over the area of automobile’s safety airbag deployment, as it may cause serious injury if a safety airbag deploys.

Additional Statements
*The car kit is compliant with the specified Bluetooth version. It does not guarantee compatibility of all functions on every Bluetooth enabled device.
