The BeautyWrap is not a dehydrative wrap. Dehydrating wraps create inch and weight loss (typically **2 lbs) primarily through loss of water. We don't use saran wrap or plastic wrap materials of any kind in our body sculpting process. Those materials cause loss through dehydration or "sweating off" inches. These inches return immediately, as soon as you rehydrate. We use porous bandages which permit the skin to breathe. It's actually a cooling process. The slimming and tightening that occurs is a result of the minerals working, not water loss.
