A: Yes, the hair is cut from one donor with full cuticle aligned, no acid bath, natural unprocessed.
Q2. Could the hair be dyed and iron-flat?

A: It is virgin hair so could be dyed and iron-flat, iron flat plz do not exceed **0C, or the hair will be destroyed. Also the hair will come back to its natural wavy after you wash it or iron-flat.

A: This hair can last for a very long time depending on how you maintain it. Treat it like your own hair and take very good care to last longer more than one year. Many hair extensions prefer Indian or Indian or Peruvian or Malaysian hair because it is beautiful and unprocessed which makes it last longer than any other kind of hair.

Q7.What kinds of hair care products should I use?

A: Treat this hair just as it was your own hair. Use good quality shampoo and conditioner regularly. Leave the hair get dry naturally, do not use hair dryer too much. You could also use gel or hair spray to keep its wavy.

A: The hair is double weft weaving with no shedding. Your Hair Extensions can tangle due to being dryness, oil & dirt build-up, salt-water, chlorine and not combin(wide tooth comb) out your hair daily. Make sure to wash & condition your hair at least once a week, twice a week is better. Use hydrating drops or consult your stylist for more help. It could also be the hair you purchased, if the hair is Indian Remy Hair or non Remy Hair it is not **0% virgin human hair. So the hair may tangle sooner and not last as long as **0% virgin hair.

Q*0. Why shed about **2 strands when I initially ran my hands through the bundle?

A: It is the floating hair that are not brushed cleanly ,it will not shed anymore after brushed , it is not the quality problem, if the hair is shedding from the weft, then the hair will shed endlessly. There is another case is that some hair will broken since it is very soft and thin, also, pls being understanding this point.

Q*1. Why the virgin hair will be in different Color?

A: Because the virgin hair are just cut from the donors, different people the hair come out in different colors, some will be darker or lighter, when the bundles come in a combination will have this problem, it is for normal phenomenon.

Q*2. Why the virgin hair dry and split at the end?

A: because virgin hair is natural, no any chemical treatment, when the hair grow it become dry and split at the end, but it doesn't look well, and we will cut the end for you before shipping to you.
