have breading and what distinguishes them is the core.
The core of
mixed(grade b)is not totally of fish,it is a mixture of fish and
some other things like starch,hench its name “mixed”.
The core of
minched(grade a)is entirely of fish(minced fish),hench its
name”minced”.
And the core
of enriched(grade extra)is entirely of fish,minced fish like above
but the taste is enriched by adding some surimi to it.hench its
name “enriched”.
