we are a professional manufacturer of several lines of autoclaved baking-free brick making machines and AAC block machines,including autoclaved fly-ash brick machine line,autoclaved lime-sand brick machine line,AAC block machine line and baking-free machine line.The equipments contains Jaw crusher,ball mill,elevator,electric mixer,screw converyer,dissolution bin,roll mill,belt transfer,automatic hydraulic pressing machine/AAC block cutting machine,boiler,autoclave,plate breaking machine,automatic setting and packing machine.  Here below are our DYS**0 hydraulic pressing machine features:  

1.our brick making machine ‘s hydraulic system is designed with double-way loop,which adopts professional combined valves to realize the working

cycle of filling ,air  discharge, pressing and de-molding

2.The hydraulic oil tank of our brick making machine is designed with automatic oil heating and cooling

systems and oil purification devices, which adopts repeated continuous

 filtering to ensure the optimal working conditions of hydraulic oil.

3.The feed hopper of our brick making machine is designed with stock level recorder ,the open-close door cylinder realizes the automatic open-close of the door so as to ensure the feed averagely to the material box.

4.The cart of automatic material box adopts positive feed pattern with forced

 mixing mechanism so as to ensure the average cloth and efficiency.

5.Our brick making machine adopts PLC Siemens controller and man-machine interface ,and the whole machine can be operated automatically

6. The molds of our brick making machine can be replaced for the production of standard bricks, blink-hole bricks and hollow bricks.
