Is produced from high quality fresh milk cream from selected farms. The fresh cream used its processed within *4 hours its production by means of our last generation technology plant. The process consist basically of separating the milk fat by centrifugation in several stages and also it has a stage of phase inversion and then the product in process is pasteurized again and finally the last part of the water content is separated through a drying vacunum system to get the final product. The product has a uniform composition, a slightly yellow bright colour, with a typical milky flavour and an excellent aroma. Is packed in an inert gas atmosphere in **0 kg drums and *6 kg bag-in box.Because of the characteristics of the product and type of packaging they do not need to be refrigerated during the *2 months shelf-life, and it gives flexibility for its use and much lower storage cost. Is widely used as an ingredient in: Ice cream, bread, croissant, milefeuille, cookies, chocolates, dulce de leche, candied fruit, cakes, dairy flavour in nutricional recipes, soups, butter ghee, nutritio, recombined cream and milk, and more.
