INTRODUCTION:
The machine adopts specially designed infrared lights to heat and solder the solar cell with the copper strips into a string. The machine is specially designed to solder cut solar cells. It is an automatic machine controlled by PLC.

BENEFITS:
1.Suitable for 5′ã€6′ whole cells and rectangle cut cells (the rectangle cells minimum width is *0mm).
1.Parameters can be set through the touch screen.
3.*-way arm rotating turn-table can load different shapes of cutting cells to meet the different requirement of soldering.
4.Pre-heating and soldering are controlled by 2 individual heater and temperature control system
5.The soldering area is processed by anodic coating and covered by PTFE high temperature resistance film to avoid adhering Tin.
6.The number of solar cells for the strings can be set through the touch screen
