The product uses the PE/PP as base material, add high quality calcium carbonate powder and variety of chemical additives to made-up filler, it has the advantages of large loading level, excellent processing performance, good colour and luster of product, it can be compatibility with matrix resin very well, and improve processing performance and usability of matrix resin greatly, also reduce the prime cost, its an ideal multi-functional modified master batch.

Technical Features:
1, The mainly feature of this product is fine texture pure, good processability, large additive amount, non-toxic, no moisture absorption, no discoloration.
2, It can enhance the mechanical properties, wear-resisting performance, thermal performance, aging resistance of the plastic products, , to overcome the low strength, no low temperature, low rigidity, easy expansion of the plastic or other shortcoming.
3, Because of lead in the special perssad, it can improve the interface between the polyolefins plastics and nonpolar object combinated, and enhance the adhesive strength and intermiscibility with other object.

4, The product itself has water resistance, resistance to chemical corrosion and good light fastness, it wont effect harmful chemical reaction with other plastics additives, doesnt contain harmful impurity elements of resin processing.

This product can be used for various plastics processing technology of PP, PE, PS, ABS,PA etc, such as blown film, sheet, injection molding etc. Additive amount can be reached up to ****0%(depending on the product).
