Brief Description

Composed by column, arm, rotation mechanism, electric hoist, the jib crane (BZ type) has such characteristics as compact structure, easy installation, high working efficiency, smooth operation, low noise and so on. That can be widely used in workshop to lift and move, steel structure workshop and other place where heavy load need to be lifted / turn over / tip over.

Main Technical Specification

- Lifting capacity ranged from 0.5t to *0t.

- The travel distance / working length can be 2m or as required.

- Lifting speed can be single speed (like 8m/min), double speed (like 0.8/8m/min) or variable speed (like 0.8~8m/min).

- Lifting height is of 3m or as required.

- For hook is forged casting steel or customer’s required.

- The steel rope is flexible one or customer’s required.

- Slew bearing for jib crane is LYC, HRB or other well-know ones.

Component Used on Crane

- Electric motor is well-known one in China, like Jiamusi or other international one like ABB, SEW and so on as customer’s requirement.

- Such important electric components as breaker, contactor, and fuse are of Schneider, Siemens and so on.

- Other ones can be followed according to our customer’s requirement.

Package

- Steel column and arm covered by rain-proof clothes (package can be seen in picture).

- Other components like electric motor, electric hoist, cable and so on in plywood box.

- Some other package methods which will benefit our product will also be appreciated.

Delivery

Delivery time for the crane is *0 working days after payment advance.

Shipment

- Dispatch port can be Shanghai Port, Tianjin Port or some other China port suitable for loading of such equipment.

- Open top container will be recommended for the crane.

- LCL (less container load) shall be suggested for you if only one or two sets of crane ordered to save freight.
