The complete equipment's working principle and procedure:
It works based on an advanced and forward-looking technology that can high-efficiently separate lead and other metals from plastic. The whole process is environmentally sound other than other traditional ways that need incineration or chemical processing.
Main steps:
step 1: Cut storage battery into four parts to deplete liquid inside it.
step 2: Use an intelligent coarse shredder to crush lead plate into **2cm before it flows to step 3.
step 3: An intelligent fine crusher is used to reduce the coarsely crushed plates into granule with size between **4mm, now the battery has turned into slurry state.
step 4: Slurry flows to feeding silo via feeding slot.
step 5: The lighter material will float up while the heavier material will sink down to a vibrating screen for separation through a spiral chute.
Note: water is for circulation use, and the recovery rate of metal can reach up to *9.7% through a wet gravity separation way.
