All Inserts are made by special grade powder;

Depressed sintering technology for fine densification;

Substrates are excellent in resistance to crater wear, thermal shock;

Advance CVD or PVD coating technolog for extended tool life.
Diversity grades are designed for different workpiece materials.

CVD Coated Grades are as follows:

JCM***5	MT-CVD coated, the substrate with excellent wear resistance in combination with TiCN+Al2O3(thick)+TiN multi-layer coating, which is optimal for finishing and semi-finishing of stainless steel.	M5~M5
JCM***5	MT-CVD coated, the substrate with special micro structure in combination with TiCN+Al2O3(thick)+TiN multi-layer coating, which is optimal for finishing and roughing of stainless steel.	M0~M5
