Hi Volume Foam cutting machine for medium and large size Factories, comes complete with Vacuum system, computerized controls, Top rollers, Automatic Cutting Angle **5cm cutting height, stacking up to **5 cm.
The Machine is a hi volume slitter used for thin sheet as well as mattress cutting. the tables can accommodate 4, 6, 8 and up to *0 blocks depending on sizes.
The Vacuum systen is used to hold down the foam when cutting thick sheets of hard foam, the roll can be operated manually or automatically. Additional Hold down roller system will insure a perfect cut each time. The cutting tolerance on thin sheets is 0.5mm, on thick sheets, 1mm.
A automatic height calibration is standard feature, NO need to reset the height each day.
The cutting angle can be set from the control panel by the use of up and down push s, the angle is read on the screen.
The height is indicated on the touch screen, the thickness in entered in mm and fraction of a mm. The number of cuts is also entered on the scree.
At the end of the cycle the machine will shut itself off.
The blade is equipped with a tension monitor which will stop the machine is the tension on the blade is incorrect or if the blade is cut.
