Farmers often prefer the bitter varieties because they deter pests, animals, and thieves.Like other roots and tubers, both bitter and sweet varieties of cassava contain good nutritional factors. Cassava flour is use to bake bread and cakes which tastes good. We can use cassava to produce ethanol which major power company is looking into it now dye to its more safe in generating electricity
