The description of cassava powder processing line:

Cassava tuber reception → cassava cleaning and peeling machine→ cassava grinding machine→ screening and filtering → sifting → drying machine→ Fine milling → High quality cassava powder packing.

Cassava powder production plant introduction : 

To produce high qualtiy cassava powder, the fresh cassava roots harvested 10-12 months after planting. The fresh roots must be healthy without rot and well handled from farm. The roots should be processed within 24 hours after harvesting.

Cassava washing and peeling: Before peeling , the raw cassava will be washed first to remove the sand , mud and other impuirty.  Peeling is essnetial work for making high quality cassava powder.After washing ,the cassava will peeled by he cassava peeling machine.

Wet milling: The peeled cassava will be trasnport into clean stainless steel cassava milling machine to obtain uniformly smooth mash.The cassava mash must be uniformly smooth without lumps. The smoothness of the mash determines the quality, yield and market value of the finished cassava powder.

Dewatering: For commerical automatic production, we use the press filter to press the cassava mash for removing the water as much as possible.

Cake breaking : After press, the cassava mash will be pressed to cassava cake. The cassava cake will be transport into milling machine for breaking into wet powder form.  

Drying and sieving: The special designed cassava powder drying machine will dry the wet cassava in few seconds. After drying ,the moisture level of cassava powdr can meet national regulatory standards. Then the cassava powder will be sievied to separate the big particle powder.

Milling: For getting high quality cassava powder, the dry big particle casava powder will be mill again by fine powder mill .

Packaging : Pack desired quantities of cassava powder in polythene bags, seal or stitch as appropriate. This avoids absorption of moisture of the powder from the environment.
