1.    Q: What’s the starch yield rate?

2.    Q: What’s the water consumption for 1 ton final product? And how to treat the waste water?

A: for starch, the water consumption is around 1:3 as plenty of water needed during starch extraction. But there is only washing and compressing needs water generally. The waste water is rich in sugar, can be treated by 3 ways: 1, recycled for washing section, 2, irrigation, 3, pipe out according to your local law.

For flour milling, there is no water or little water needed during grinding, so the main water consumption is in washing section, the water consumption is one ton material needs 3 tons water. Gari and Powder is the same as flour.

3.    Q:  What’s the power consumption for 1 ton final product?

A:   We generally recommend 3 phases power for all area, **0V,, *0HZ, but in different countries, the industrial power is different.  Compare with other technologies, our power consumption is competitive low, such as for 0.5 tons/hour dry yield out lines, the actual power consumption is less than **0KW. Meanwhile, high efficiency with *4 hours continuous work available.

4.    Q:  What’s the heat resource?

A:  You have many ways to select and tell us in advance. Coal, Dassel is the most general choices. The heat resource is used for boiler for Airflow drying.

A:  HCN content is different based on grow factors and type of cassava. HCN removed by airflow drying, fermentation.
