Cast-in Heaters

Cast-in heaters are available in a variety of designs and styles suitable for different applications. The heater elements are tested on a **0% basis before and after casting. Our foundry techniques ensure a dense, porosity free casting. After casting, the heaters are machined to ensure a close contact on the working surface. Standard cooling tube terminations are also available.

Our cast-in heaters are made in aluminum, brass and bronze. The type of alloy to be casted depends upon the application, max operating temperature & watt density. We can build every technically possible heaters as per your requirement.

2.Wattage:: Aluminum - up to *5 watts/sq. in. Bronze - up to *0 watts/sq. in.

3.Volt: **0, **0, **0 Standard Special voltage to order.

4.MAX. TEMP: Aluminum - **0 deg. F (**5 deg.C)  Bronze - ***0 deg F. (**0 deg.C)
