Our company develops" micropores Technology" ***0 micropores per square meter in bag surface.  The micropores let the air get out of bag easily.  At the time of filling, cement grain and the wool fiber cover the micropores with negative pressure.  The moisture cannot get into the bag.  So it effectively solves the contradictory problem and protects cement quality.
