Centrifugal type ventilation fan

This kind of fan is widely applied in greenhouse, poultry house, industry workshop,cow/pig house.

Fan details:

1. Fan blade is special disinged, back curved, made of **0 Krupp stainless steel by punch forming, large air flow, no deformation,no broken,no rust, attractive and durable. Thickness is 1.2mm.Surface finish is BA grade.

2. There is a centrifugal systemto help fan open shutters successfully. So.. the fan get its name"Centrifugal type ventilation fan".And this centrifugal system open shutters at completely *0 degree to ensure the lowest air resistance and biggest air flow.When close, the shutter can efficiently block light and wind into the building.This device is made of high quality Nylon PA*6to ensure a long service life.The fasteners of centrifugal system all are copper rivets,wear-resisting and no rust. its guide rod is made **4stainless steel, ensure a high strength, no rust,reduce friction.

3. Shutter fixed parts are made of high quality nylon which ensure long service life, open flexibly.Shutters are made of galvanized sheet.Middle shutter is 1.5mm thick. Other shutters are 0.8mm thick, ensure shutters no deformation,running stable.

4. Belts are Japanese Mitsuboshi brand, ensure the long service life, maintenance free. From ***0 we adopt B belt which 3 times longer service life instead of type A.

5.Both China famous motor and Siemens motor are available. Motor voltage and frequency can be customerized. China famous motor is put in the phase lack protection device which would power off when shortage of electricity. Motor protection gradeIP*5. Insulation class: F grade.

6. Fan belt pulley and flange are made of high strength aluminum-magnesium alloy by die-casting. Light weight,lower vibration. Blast-sanding treatment for attractive appearance, eliminated internal stress to improve its rigidity and stability.

7.Fan side frame with plastic handle, easy to carry, convenient to load, reasonable design without injuring hands, beautiful appearance.

8. Motor plate fixed nuts are changed round type to hexagon type. And with stainless steel washer, more firmly, never loosen.

9.Linking parts made of aluminum alloy, light weight, no deformation, and with wear-resistant shaft sleeve, reduce clearance, then reduce friction to ensure the shutters open flexibly.  

*0. Fan bearing adopts imported double-row bearing with special waterproof design, water can not enter it. high strength, lower noise, maintenance free and long service life.

*1.Fan blades are adjusted by intelligent dynamic-balance tester, each blade tolerance weight controlled within 1 g. Ensure the fan smooth running, lower vibration, less noise, increase stability. 

*2. The blade support and safe mets are made by hot dip galvanized sheet, no rust easily. What's more, some small stand parts, especially washers as fastener parts are made of stainless steel.
