Useage and Feature

1. Partical size of the material should be within **5mm

2. No-doping material of hardness, or will damage the rod or shift

3. Preparation of adhisives should based on the material type and environment

4. Ensure long continuous production, it is recommended the adjustable screw feeder

It is widely used in varied raw material:  iron scrap, wood chips, sawdust, rice husk, manganese, gypsum etc.

The  rough process for producing the charcoal briquettes is as follows

1. Crush the raw materials into small pieces(around 3MM diameter) by Crusher(Hammer Mill)

2. Dry the crushed materials by Dryer, make the crushed material's moisture content below *2%

3. Put the dried materials into the briquette machine to make charcoal briquettes

4. Put charcola briquettes into the Carbonization Stove to change the sawdust briquettes into coal briquettes

(final products,  this step is for optional, if you do not need charcoal, no need to use this machine).
