          Fresh White and brown Chicken Eggs

 We have available chicken eggs for sale  . They are very fresh and  just  the  kind  you will need  .
         Chicken eggs shall be grouped into two based on the color of shell. Each group shall be described as follows:

1. Whites All eggs must be of the standard chalky white tolerating the very light cream tints.
2. Browns All eggs must be apparently brown including the dark cream tints and any variation in the shade of brown eggshell.

Each group shall be divided into seven Classes Based on Weight (grams per egg) of each egg in group. Its different from US weight classes.

Jumbo = *0 and up     
Extra large = ****0
Large = ****5
Medium = ****0
Small = ****5
Pullets = ****0
Pewee = ****5


    In the Interior of the egg a thick albumin and medium dark yellow yolk colour
    Thick and smooth shell for the brown shell eggs

    *0 eggs laid on paper pulp moulded trays.
    *2 trays packed in 5 ply strong export cartons
    **0 eggs per carton box
    ***2 carton box per *0ft Reefer container
    **2, **0, eggs per *0ft Reefer container
    No movement of the egg in the carton box
    No movement of the egg carton inside the shipping box
    Adequate padding inside the egg carton, and adequate padding surrounding the carton on all sides of the box to prevent any movement .
