 Interduction of water hyacinth harvester

1. Usage

This kind of water hyacinth harvester is mainly used for collecting, salvaging, filtering and transporting of the water floating material and garbage and trash.

2. Material

The ship is a single bottom, single deck, transverse frame which is welded with steel in a whole structure.

3. The function

There are mechanical collecting wheel, swinging collection arm in the collecting container. The convey belt of the front, middle and back storehouse is made of stainless steel materials which has the advantages of strong bearing capacity. It can run sequentially and stably. The whole process of collection, salvage, store, delivery is all in hydraulic automation.

The driving type of this ship is propeller impetus, which has a high speed. When the capacity of the whole storehouse is more than *0 tons which is nearly full load, it can transfer the garbage and aquatic plants collected to the automatic water weed carrier which is 2.5meters high or the garbage transport on the shore.

4. Operating principle

The working principle is through the gear distributor control multi-way hydraulic device, using the hydraulic pressure can be automatically controlled cutting collecting wheel, cutting collection scissors, the bay water depth before and aft elevator, before and after the set module conveyor chain operation, etc., all actions are able to work alone or at the same time coordination.

5. The control of propulsion system

Engine flywheel end drives a double-pump hydraulic oil to the manual control valve, operating the reversing valve block hydraulic oil into the oil motor to drive rotating paddle wheel, make equipment forward, stop, back and adjust the sailing speed and change course.
