CIlembu Typical Sweet Potatoes is a variety of sweet potato originating from the Cilembu area in Sumedang, West Java, Indonesia. This sweet potato is famous for its sweet taste and soft texture and is often referred to as "honey sweet potato" because it releases a honey-like liquid when baked. Characteristics of Cilembu Honey Potatoes Taste and Texture : 

1. Cilembu honey sweet potato has a very distinctive natural sweet taste. When roasted, these sweet potatoes release a sticky, brownish liquid similar to honey, giving them a unique taste sensation. The texture is soft and creamy. 

2. Appearance: This sweet potato has reddish brown skin with cream to yellowish flesh. The shape is elongated with slightly tapered ends.

Cook method our product :
If you bake it in the oven at  2 5 0  degrees Celsius for  2  x  4  5  minutes with top heat & bottom heat, the sweet potato will cook & release a very sweet & liquid like honey will out from skin of Sweet Potatoes. The meaning of 2  x  4 5  minutes is when you have reached the baking time of  4 5  first minute you have to remove the sweet potatoes from the oven, then you put the sweet potatoes back into the oven for a baking time of  4 5  second minutes, change the position of the sweet potatoes to  4 5  degrees. This change in roasting position aims to ensure that the sweet potatoes are cooked perfectly on all sides. After the second baking time has finished, you can remove the sweet potatoes from the oven to enjoy.

Things that are not recommended for our products :
This sweet potato is not suitable for using boiled and fried cooking methods, because it will reduce the sweet taste & the honey liquid will not come out.
