With all these and its unique designed up & down single mold-forming mechanism of easy-to-adjust and accurately pressure controlling but quite low failure rate or maintenance, mould costs and flexibility to varied sorts of required roofing tiles to produce compared with other complex and expensive six or more molds-forming mechanism, it is absolutely the best choice in making roofing tiles. Eight linked-function stages: 1. Roughly-cutting stage: When continuous clay column being extruded, cut it at a fixed length for pieces of rough-tiles. 2. Applying mould release stage: Putting the mould release to both surfaces of the rough-tiles. 3. Rough-tile transferring stage: The rough-tiles being transferred to the pressing standby section. 4. Rough-tile feeding in stage: The rough-tiles being fed in the press-mould automatically by pushing cylinder. 5. Green-tile pressing stage: The rough-tiles being pressed becoming pieces of required green roofing tiles. 6. Green-tile feeding out stage: The green-tiles being picked up to the shape mending standby section by manipulator from the mould. 7. Tile-shape mending stage: For minimum deformed may accrued of stress and better qualified of the shape after above six stages. 8. Green-tile standing stage: The green-tiles being put up piece by piece from horizontal laying level to vertical standing level which the follow-up drying and firing process may required.
